Depending on the size of the house, there will be anywhere between 1 to 3 people cleaning your home.

Do I need to be home?
No, you do not.  Most clients give us a key before the initial cleaning.

What about the pets?
We are okay with pets, but please let us know before the initial cleaning. 

Do I need to do anything before my cleaning time?
Yes, please secure cash and jewelry.  Picking up clutter will give us more time to give you a quality cleaning. 

How can I pay?
You can pay with check, cash or credit card.  If leaving payment in the home, please use a white envelope and leave it in the kitchen. 

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel no less than 24 hours from the time of your cleaning.  A cancellation fee of $25 will apply if canceling less than 24 hours from the time of your cleaning. We understand there are certain times the customer is not able to cancel in a timely manner.  For this reason each cancellation is handled individually. 

If my cleaning time falls on a Holiday, will my house be cleaned?
We do not work on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.  We can arrange for a different time a week prior to the holiday or we can resume at your next cleaning session. 

Do you clean windows?
No, we do not clean windows.  We will clean the window ledges and seals. 

What if something was not cleaned properly or missed?
Please contact us via email or phone within 24 hours so that we can correct the problem right away. 

Do you have a copy of your insurance policy?
Yes.
